Yesterday I was inspired by a potato printing post by peas and needles to make a watermelon envelope to send to a friend :-)
Potato printing is so simple and super fun! I hadn't done it for years but I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's such a good way to make pretty wrapping paper - I did a whole massive sheet of watermelons!
EMILY not only is this watermelon stamped letter amazing but the letter I got from you was (oh gosh!) amazing x 1000 I was literally gobsmacked! Now I'm on the hunt for some fun op shops finds to send you back, I also need to blog about your letter it was too amazing not too...thank-you thank-you thank-you!!! I had the biggest smile on my face :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you liked it! I really didn't think it was that amazing haha. But I'm glad it made you happy- that's what I always aim to do when sending my mail coz I love receiving a letter that makes me smile :-)
